I recently stayed at Family Hotel Ogi in Asenovgrad for a business trip, as recommended by my director. The hotel offers wonderful amenities for relaxation, including massage treatments and hairdresser services. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in a soothing massage after a long day of work. The skilled hairstylists at the hotel also provided excellent services, ensuring I looked my best during meetings.
We are used to bathroom cabinets here in England - they didn't have a unit to place toiletries.

The room at Family Hotel Ogi was fantastic! It had a private bathroom with all the necessary toiletries, which was very convenient for me as a guest with disabilities. The seating area in certain rooms was a nice touch, providing extra comfort during my stay. I also loved the suite with the cable TV, refrigerator, and balcony. The 24-hour front desk was great too!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel had beautiful surroundings, with the mountains being an amazing backdrop for our Christmas stay. the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. the rooms were soundproof, which was great for a quiet and peaceful sleep. the hotel also had a swimming pool which was lovely and refreshing.
The lack of bathroom cabinets, which made it hard to organize our toiletries. the lack of a mat outside the bathroom made it very slippery when wet.

We spent Easter in a hotel surrounded by beautiful mountains and lush nature. The hotel was in a quiet location, which made for a peaceful stay. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds allowed for a great night's sleep. the helpful staff was always on hand and provided us with excellent service.
The breakfast portions were a bit small, and the menu in general was limited. The shower was not separated from the bathroom, which made it more difficult to use the toilet and sink.
